Ian was great! He listened to our issue and was able to recreate the problem to assess his findings. It turned out that our problem was a tile issue and not a pipe or plumbing issue. Lawrence was awesome, we have worked with him before. He is such a gentleman that is someone your company should cherish. All of the workers that did the work! I cannot say enough, they were over the top and then some….I retired from the trades and I cannot say more than I wish all of these guys worked for me!! Everything turned out awesome and my wife said I told you that last furnace was a P. O. S. The first night after the install within the last 3 hours unbelievable, night and day! Thank you’re whole team for their dedication and expertise installing our system!! Thank you so much and I am looking forward to doing business in the future.
